Deleted nearly everything on phone in case it was full. This did not work. Data Connection turned off, restarted phone and turned data connection back on. This did not work either. This thread is locked. My phone 10 years ago could do this so why can't this one?
I cant even forward the message to a decent phone to view it there either. All in all very frustrating!! If anyone knows a fix that will work it would be appreciated but cant believe I've had to go to these lenghts to get a picture message. So I do not know if this applies to your situation or not but I figured I would share my experience. Like you I did get that message on my device when I was away from my home.
I could not understand it since I was able to get email and surf although I did limited surfing while away. When I returned home, I was able to get it. I finally realized that it must have been that I was on a carrier tower different from my service and that must have caused the issue. And do not know if this applies to my computer or my mobile phone which is a Nokia Please if anyone has an easy answer this problem send it to my email address dtissot toucansurf.
Daniel: Please try the instructions in this blog post. There is no app to install. A number of folks have found their own hacks to work-around this message and have posted them in the comments. Those may help to resolve your issue as well.

Put simply, I love Live Tiles, and Mango finally takes them to where they need to be. All of the apps I tested implemented Live Tiles, meaning you get something more than a static icon when you pin the app to the home screen; frankly, half the fun of it was seeing in what creative way each app used its Live Tile space.
Foursquare, for instance, shows your position in your leaderboard, while Allrecipes teases a featured recipe that changes daily. Ultimately, I think a high level of configurability within each app is going to be important - everyone has a different idea of what they want to see on their home screen - but I was fascinated to see what these developers have done on their first pass. Multitasking works well, particularly in Mango apps.
