Maybelline limited edition lipsticks

I stumbled upon these adorably packaged limited edition lipsticks from Maybelline in the drugstore recently. Both of these shades are for their th Anniversary , which blows my mind when I think about it.

I always love researching back to the beginning of commercial makeup brands in America, especially the vintage advertisements. Both are limited edition and absolutely gorgeous for all skin tones. One of the only reasons these lipsticks even caught my eye was this awesome limited edition packaging.

This one will be staying on my vanity for awhile. Also, the formulation is nice on this. I actually thought this was going to be darker because it looks darker in the lipstick bullet, but it is so flattering and lighter when you actually apply it.

The formulation is so moisturizing feeling and this is such a classic, perfect nude shade to wear on a daily basis. Overall, I think Maybelline did a fantastic job at picking out 2 lovely lipstick shades that are quite neutral and appropriate for all skin tones and ages.
