Too technical. Not enough information. The only way to permanently adjust the size of the text in the reading pane is to adjust the display scaling or zooming the reading pane. There is no way to set a permanent zoom level in the Outlook reading pane.
On Android devices, you can adjust the font size, enlarge a screen or adjust the contrast level. Change font size Open your device's Settings app.
Tap Accessibility Font size. Use the slider to choose your font size. If you're not a fan of the default font in Windows 10, Segoe, you can change it to your preferred font with a simple registry tweak. This will change the fonts for Windows 10's icons, menus, title bar text, File Explorer, and more. To make only the text on your screen larger, adjust the slider under Make text bigger.
